PIECE or DENMARK ApS receives payment with Dankort / VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard and JCB. Payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped. PIECE or DENMARK ApS uses an authorized payment server that encrypts all your card information with the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that you can not read your information.

The product is to be delivered within 2-4 weekdays, if in stock. We use GLS and refer to the distribution rules of GLS concerning punctually time of delivery. If there are any delays at GLS / UPS, this will also affect your delivery date. PIECE OF Denmark cannot be held responsible for delays at GLS / UPS.
We deliver to the Faroe Islands, Greenland and abroad.
We offer free shipping in Denmark for purchase for min. 500 DKK
SUMMER HOLIDAY – in weeks 27 and 28, it can go up to 14 days by the shipment.
RIGHT OF CANCELLATION
You have 14 days right of return from the date you receive your purchase.
If you wish to cancel your purchase, you only have to return the product in the same condition and quantity in which you received it, and enclose your account number. Once we have received and approved the returned, we will refund the amount to your account within a few days. Return postage costs are buyers defray.
Cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 after the purchase and from the cancellation you must return within 14 days of returning the shipment.
The notification shall be given per mail at firstname.lastname@example.org In the message, please let us know clearly that you wish to exercise your right of cancellation.
COMPLAINTS AND RETURNS
PIECE OF Denmark offers a 2-year right warranty in relation to the Sale of Goods Act concerning comprehensive defects caused during customary use. The warranty does not cover defects, damage or wear, directly or indirectly caused by incorrect use, poor maintenance, violence or unauthorised interference. Complaints about faults and defects must be reported to PIECE OF Denmark within a reasonable period of time after the defect has occurred or should have been discovered. In connection with complaints PIECE OF DENMARK covers the return postage costs to a reasonable extent.

No personal information recorded at PIECE OF Denmark will be transferred, sold or made available to third party at any time. All information is stored in a safe manner and is only available to trusted employees.
When you purchase we have to use your name, address, phone number and email address. This information is exclusively used to process the order. Information is transmitted and stored electronically in unencrypted form, and are stored for 5 years, see the Danish Bookkeeping Act. The actual purchase agreement is not stored at PIECE OF Denmark so it is not possible to subsequently log in and view/change status.
Furthermore we register IP address from which any purchase is made. The information is normally not used. As a registered at PIECE OF Denmark you have, according to the Act on Processing of Personal Data, the right to make objections to the registration and to obtain insight concerning the information we have about you.
