The natural ash has an exiting division of the wood surface that opens in a new inviting way. Wood is alive, and each product has a story to tell according to its natural annual rings. When natural wood meets with the cogent design, products are created that are all unique and living.
The idea of the product DIVIDE has been to break the natural annual rings by dividing up the surface in layers and thereby breaking the otherwise compact wood surface.
PIECE of DENMARK have designed DIVIDE in two sizes. Please avoid soaking or use a dishwasher.

PIECE of DENMARK is founded by architect Dorte Kjettrup. PIECE of DENMARK currently works with Scandinavian materials such as porcelain and glass, but we’re planning to extend the range of materials. We devote a lot of time to developing our designs because we insist that both craftsmanship and expression be nothing less than exquisite.
